Meet Jaclyn
Chef Jaclyn is a Montana Big Sky local who has been serving up elevated comfort food as a personal chef since 2014. With a degree in dietetics, human nutrition, and food science, Jaclyn has a knack for taking classic dishes that people love and turning them into an elevated experience through local ingredients and seasonal flavors. Her food finds its way into easy presentations that make people feel delighted that they chose to bring in a personal chef and happily satisfied from an organic meal.
“Full-flavor food, utter nourishment, and creating beautiful bowls out of vibrant, seasonal ingredients is my love language. As a private chef, I created Sweet Tomato to be a place where you could request anything from local Montana bison short ribs and potatoes to a Spanish tapas birthday party. I relish in creating menus from cuisines across the globe and create my own spin on them using locally-sourced, quality organic ingredients as much as possible.”
Chef/Pastry Chef Nolana Pringle
"Growing up in a big family I have always loved cooking for people. After starting my first chef job at the age of 14, I knew that I wanted to pursue a culinary career. Over the last 13 years I have worked at five-star restaurants, bakeries and resorts. In recent years, I have found my niche in providing personal chef services.
Being a personal chef truly incorporates everything I am passionate about cooking. It also allows me to use all of the skills I've obtained during my career. Whether it's hor d’oeuvres, entrees or desserts, I enjoy creating dynamic and tasteful dishes. As a personal chef, I strive to work with my clients and get to know them to develop a menu that is a reflection of their culinary favorites and personalities!
When I’m not cooking, you can find me skiing, kayaking or traveling the world and trying their local cuisines".
